Hey there. By using this site or buying something here, you're agreeing to these terms. I know nobody reads these, but please at least skim them. It protects both of us.

📌 1. What this is

Remote Specialist Hub is just me, Tom. I sell digital products — code, templates, tools. When you buy something, you get a license to use it. You don't own the code itself.

📦 2. What you can do with my stuff

• Regular License: Use it in one project. Personal or client work. Good for most people.
• Extended License: Use it in multiple projects or if you're reselling something that includes my code.

What you CANNOT do: resell my code as-is, share downloads with friends, or claim you wrote it. That's not cool.

💰 3. Money stuff

• Prices are in USD. Taxes may apply depending where you live.
• Payments go through Stripe or PayPal — secure, not my problem if they mess up.
• I might change prices later, but you pay what was listed when you bought.

↩️ 4. Refunds

Digital products are tricky — you can't "return" code. So generally, no refunds. But:

• If something is broken and I can't fix it, I'll refund you.
• If you accidentally bought twice, I'll fix that.
• If you're genuinely unhappy, talk to me. I'm reasonable.

Just reach out within 14 days. I'd rather make things right than have an unhappy customer.

🔑 5. Your account

• Keep your password safe. I can't help if someone gets in using your credentials.
• Tell me immediately if you see something suspicious.

🚫 6. Don't be that person

Please don't:

• Use my stuff for anything illegal
• Try to hack the site
• Share downloads on pirate sites (seriously, just don't)
• You may not resell or redistribute the source code

©️ 7. Who owns what

I own the code I sell. You own whatever you build with it. If you use my template to make a cool app, that app is yours. Just don't sell the template itself.

⚖️ 8. If things go wrong

I build things carefully, but code can have bugs. If my product causes your project to fail or you lose money, I'm not liable. Your maximum refund is what you paid me. I'm a solo developer, not an insurance company.

📝 9. Changes to these terms

I might update this page occasionally. If I make big changes, I'll post a notice. Using the site after changes means you accept them.

🌍 10. Legal stuff

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If we have a dispute, we'll sort it out in Amsterdam courts. But let's be honest — if you have a problem, just email me and we'll figure it out like humans.
